Winemaker's notes:
A 100% Marselan late harvest. Treated as a dessert red wine. Aged for 30 months in one French 225 and one Bulgarian 500 litres oak barrels. We applied a minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This exciting and unusual varietal can be universally enjoyed with elaborate chocolate-based desserts. Try it even chilled with cheeses. 800 bottles produced. 14.8% Vol
