Winemaker's notes:
Chateau Shivatchevo Cabernet Sauvignon is a red dry wine produced from the grape variety "Cabernet Sauvignon" grown in the region of Sliven, a microregion of Shivatchevo on the southern flanks of the Balkan Range. This wine is superb with its rubious colour and complex nose. It is rich to the senses with striking pleasant velvet taste and fascinating strong aftertaste.
