Winemaker's notes:
Enira 2005Enira 2005 is a typical terroir wine, carrying the specific characteristics of the terrain, soils and climate of the northern slopes of the Rhodope Mountains. It is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah. It is a product of precisely controlled fermentation. It matures in the French oak barrels. The first thing your nose experiences is chocolate and tender vanilla. Then come cherry and wild strawberry aromas. The taste has a warm beginning and strengthening of the aroma diversity. Sweetness, fruitiness and fine tannins distinguish this wineâрЙs structure. The aftertaste is dominated by chocolate and almonds.
