Winemaker's notes:
The grapes of this wine were selected among the best massifs in Chirpan’s region.

After careful grape gathering in cases, a two-stages sorting is made with very short maceration (keeping the grape skin) by press, till receiving the bright colour that invites for degustation of this light and harmonic wine. The vinification is carried out in temperature-controlled regime under strict technological control, keeping the identity of the previous vintage.

The wine has aerial and sparkling colour. Very elegant aroma with notes of strawberries and flowers. The body is complex, juicy, with pleasant sweetness and aftertaste freshness.
