Winemaker's notes:
Rubin - a crossing of the varieties Nebbiolo and Syrah created in Bulgaria in 1944.

The grapes were picked at ultimate ripeness to obtain better concentration of flavors. The lots were fermented at different temperature and pump-over regimes. The wineВ had aged in Bulgarian and French barrels for 10 months. Limited release, only 28 780 bottles. Suitable for ageing. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
