Winemaker's notes:
The wine is cherry red in colour and it has intensive aroma of red and black berries, tobacco and vanilla. Its taste is well-balanced and relatively mild. Vanilla and black cherry, with stone, are clearly distinguished again. The after-taste is spicy dry.

This wine has been made from picked-by-hand, well-ripened grapes from Cabernet Sauvignon variety, grown in our own vineyards in the area of Hadjidimitrovo village, which is situated within some 200 metres from the cellar. The latest technologies have been applied in its production, along with the best traditions of Bulgarian wine-making.

Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, it’s the wine for connoisseurs and explorers.
An excellent match to grilled dishes and ripe cheese.

From the Reading Room
Wine is served in stemware because the temperature at which wine is served can have a profound impact on the tastes and the enjoyment it yields. Wine glasses should always be held by the stem of the glass rather than the bowl since the heat of your hand will quickly warm the liquid.
