Winemaker's notes:
Bright straw with green tinges, the 2008 Y Series Viognier has aromas that typify this exotic variety, namely jasmine, white peach and honeysuckle. These aromas are mirrored in the palate that displays richness and texture from wild fermentation and lees aging. With a clean, persistent finish, complemented by some exotic spices, this wine will reward if served with five spice chicken.

18 Sep 2009		 Единственото което не открих,а очаквах да намеря в вкуса бе бялата праскова или кайсията.Определено се отличава от Вионието стил Стар Свят.Аз лично го консумирах със пиле с къри.

Цвят-искрящо златист и наситен, на нос лимон и тропически плод, вкус-агресивно свеж, със минералност и повей от бъз. Много добре изградено тяло и дълъг послевкус.
