Winemaker's notes:
The grapes came from selected vineyards in South Western Bulgaria. They were hand picked and transported in trays. Prior to processing, a secondary selection was carried out to choose the best bunches. The wine has a fresh character, which is typical for this vintage.
The vinification began after the careful selection of the grape bunches and included prolonged skin contact. 75% of the wine was matured in French and Bulgarian oak barrels for 10 months.
