Winemaker's notes:
Colour: pale yellow with a notable greenish touch. Aroma: intense and very opened, they are showed with facility and in them it can be find ripe fruits like peaches, mixed with some citric notes from Casablanca’s fruit, also it has a touch of butter from the malolactic fermentation and toastings from the fermentation in barrels. Palate: great fruit intensity and much freshness, with fine shades to vanilla and butter as a result of the percentage that ferments in barrel, which gives elegance. Their flavors are very intense and creamy, allowing a great persistence in the palate
