Winemaker's notes:
In 1118 a monk warriors' community, known as "The Poor Fellow-soldiers of Jesus Christ" (the Knighthood of the Temple of Solomon) and subsequently the Knight Templars, was founded. The Templar Motto was: NON NOBIS DOMINE NON NOBIS SED NOMINI TUO DA GLORIAM.

The wine is unique for its ruby colour, aroma of red berries, black current, black berry and mulberry. It is characterized with dense and harmonious taste. To be consumed with roasted or grilled red meat and cheese.

Specially produced and bottled by the licence and under the control of OSMTH GP Bulgaria for Gold Street Distribution Ltd. by "NIC" Ltd., Winery Stambolovo.

Едни кръстове, едно чудо... Като се зачетеш си казваш - ей, щом значи самите рицари Тамплиери са съблюдавали направата на туй вино, значи добро ще да е. При тапата даже пише "Templar Wine". За тези със слаб английския ще преведа - "Тамплиерско вино".

Подозирам обаче, че точно когато е съблюдавал бутилирането на моето вино рицарят Тамплиер от Стамболово може би е бил отишъл да свърши някакви далеч по важни и богу-угодни дела и явно не-до-там съществената стъпка по контрол на качеството е била пропусната.

Тук е мястото да кажа, че ни най-малко не се съмнявам в контрола като цяло, извършван от рицарите Темплиери от ордена на Gold Street Distribution ... пази боже на главата ми да се стовари гнева на някой тамплиер от Стамболово или пък още по зле – от Йерусалим. Просто лош късмет съм извадил с таз бутилка.

Но от друга пък страна като се замисля, може би надписа "Тамплиерско вино" има съвсем друго значение. Това всъщност си е тяхното вино и би следвало само те да си го пият. И че всъщност появата му в търговската мрежа е било просто груба грешка на някое младо рицарче тамплиерче, което е искало само да прослави името на ордена.
