Winemaker's notes:
Wild fruit aromas, strawberry, black-berry and some cherry. Traces of vanilla, toasted bread, licorice and green spices. A well structured wine, with a balance of fruit aromas and aromas from the ageing in wood barrels. The ideal match for pasta and meat dishes.

Купажирано е от сортовете темпранийо 84%, гарнача 13% (този сорт грозде е по-известен под френското си наименование гренаш, но ние предпочитаме испанското, тъй като именно това е родината му) и 3% от друг испански сорт – масуельо.

Поради отлежаването си, виното има много приятен рубинен цвят с керемидени тонове по ръба, но същевременно не е много дълбок и тъмен. Носът е елегантен, не особено силен, с аромати на червени горски плодове, боровинки и приятни тонова на дъб и ванилия. Ванилията е много осезаема и на небцето, но това така или иначе е най-характерната черта на риохата. В устата е загладено, със силни, но внимателни танини. Приятен финал, единственото, което малко разочарова е леко силната киселинност.
