Когато създаваха CYCLE Riesling & Sauvignon Blanc енолозите на изба „Братя Минкови” подбраха само най-узрялото и ароматно ръчно набрано грозде. Сортът Ризлинг има шест вековна история, разказаха агрономите на винарната. Той е отгледан върху великолепен масив в плодородната Карнобатска котловина. Тайната на великолепния му вкус е съчетанието на почви и климат в този район. Теренът е наклонен и силно каменист. Денем температурите са много високи и камъните се нагряват. Когато през нощта застудее, те отдават топлина и така помагат на гроздето да узрее. Всичко това определя силно изразения тероарен характер и отличното качество на CYCLE Riesling & Sauvignon Blanc.
