Black C- (Блек Си) като мечтата на момчетата от Санта Сара за новото лозе на имението до брега на Черно море. Най- продаваното вино на избата е бленд от сортовете Каберне Совиньон, Мерло и Рубин. Отлежава от осем до десет месеца в микс от бъчви от австрийски, френски и немски дъб. Старателно подбрано грозде от най- добрите лозя от Тракийската низина се транспортира максимално бързо в щайги с хладилни камиони с цел оптимално запазване на кондициите на гроздето.
