Winemaker's notes:
Процесите на производство протичат отделно за двата сорта. Ферментацията се осъществява при контролирана температура от 27Сº за период от 12 дни. Отлежава в дъбови бъчви в продължение на 9 месеца.

Органолептични характеристики:

Червен черешов цвят. Богат аромат на зрели плодове, подходящо съчетан с ванилия и канела. Вкус на горски плодове, примесен с какао, кафе и дъбови танини, придавайки приятен и индивидуален вкус.
