Winemaker's notes:
Colour: Clean and bright yellow with lime hints. Nose: Expressive and clean notes of the Casablanca Origin. Aromas of tropical fruit: papaya, mango, licci and also apricots. Notes of citrus like mandarin and lime. Mouth: Very pleasant, fresh acidity in an appealing balance with subtle sweet spices of the oak finishing towards a long and lasting round palate. Service and Food Pairing: Enjoy now! Serve chilled at 10ºC as an aperitif or with fish and sea food in general, white meats and vegetarian dishes. Also very good with hot curries and Thai.
