Winemaker's notes:
This wine comes from the finest Viña San Pedro vineyards in the Casablanca Valley. The area is highly influenced by the Pacific Ocean, which results in an ideal cool climate that allows the grapes to ripen slowly. The vines are vertically trellised and drip irrigation.

Harvest: The grapes were hand picked during the third week of March. Vineyard yields were 10 tons/hectare.

Vinification: The grapes were destemmed, chilled, and macerated in the press al 8ºC (46ºF) for 4 to 6 hours. Alcoholic fermentation took place with selected yeasts and controlled temperatures between 10º and 11.5ºC (50º-53ºF). The process was completely reductive.
