Winemaker's notes:
Chateau Shivatchevo Cabernet Sauvignon Premium Oak 2003 is a red dry wine produced from the grape variety "Cabernet Sauvignon" grown in the vineyards of a microregion of Shivatchevo on the southern flanks of the Balkan Range. Its quality taste is a result from at least 1 yearâрЙs aging in new Bulgarian and American oak barrels. The wine is ruby-colour. It is characterised by mellow aromas of red fruit, morello-cherry, red pepper, vanilla, smoke and coffee on the nose. On the palate the wine suggests notable concentration and density combined with softness. The aftertaste leaves a pleasant memory of morello, pepper and coffee.
