Ферментацията на гроздовия сок и люспите се извършва при контролирана температура от 28Сº в продължение на 10 дни. Накисването позволява да се извлече добра танинова структура, цвят, както и да се запази индивидуалността на сорта.

Органолептични характеристики:

Вино с характерен искрящ цвят и аромат на зрели плодове като малина и касис. Богат, балансиран и устойчив плодов вкус, напомнящ съчетание между ягода и женско биле (билка).
