Winemaker's notes:
Бистър, искрящ бледозеленикав цвят. Свеж “зелен” нос с освежаващи нотки на коприва и окосена трева, в съчетание със зрели жълти плодове – папая и пъпеш. Обло, средно плътно тяло с отличен, сочен вкус, мека свежест и дълъг, атрактивен плодов завършек. Отлично балансирано бяло вино с добра структура, която позволява да се поднесе с топли предястия с бяло месо, с паста и пица със сметанови сосове, със средно зрели жълти сирена или дори със сурово сушени колбаси (прошуто, хамон, шепк и т.н.)
