Winemaker's notes:
Produced from Catarratto and Inzolia local varieties, pale straw yellow in colour it has full, intense and well balanced nose, which reminds of citrus fruit and elder flowers. Round and fresh to the taste, it well accompanies seafood, white meat starters and pasta dishes.
