Winemaker's notes:
The grapes undergo a light pressing and controlled fermentation. The wine is aged in American oak barrels for 12 months and further ageing in bottle gives it the finest characteristics of a Crianza wine complemented by a youthful frutiness.
Red wine with clean, brilliant medium-red cherry colour, with paler rim. Nose is well-balanced blend of soft fruits, oak and spice. The palate is well balanced, spicy fruit. On the aftertaste, soft with hints of toast and “confit” reminiscences.
