Winemaker's notes:
Червено сухо вино без ЗГУ, селектирано и произведено с помоща на френския топ-консултант Доменик Делтейл. Виното е произведено от ръчно брано, добре узряло грозде сорт “КабернеСовиньон” и “Мерло” от собствени лозя , намиращи се в землището на гр. Поморие, отстоящи на 2/7 километра от избата. При производството са използвани най-модерни технологии, съчетани с добрите традиции на българското винарство.
Дълбок, искрящ цвят с пурпурен отенък. Пикантен, атрактивен нос със землисти нотки, касис и подправки. Обло със свеж червен плод, фин дъб, кожа и мускус във вкусовия аромат. Хармоничен и дълъг финал.
Виното показва потенциал за отлежаване. Ще бъде по-добро ако се отвори след една година.
