INCANTO CHARDONNAY
Barrel fermented

Алкохолно съдържание: 14 % об.
Дата на гроздобера: 11 септември
Винификация: Специална селекция на гроздето. Ферментацията е във френски дъбови бъчви тип „барик” при температура 16-20 °С. Батонаж. Общото време на ферментация и отлежаване на виното в бъчви е 6 месеца.
Дегустационни бележки: Впечатляващ сламено-жълт цвят с оттенъци на старо злато. Експлозивен аромат, изграден от ухания на цитруси, акациев мед, зрели екзотични плодове, нюанси на ванилия. Богат, нежен, комплексен и плодов вкус. Финалът е дълъг и плодов, остават усещанията за зряла сладост,свежест и нежност.
Температура на сервиране: 9-12 °С
Подходящи храни за консумация: Пилешки специалитети, заек, патица, твърди сирена, както и като акомпанимент към десерти или самостоятелно.
