Вината се произвеждат от грозде набрано на ръка и сортирано в касетки, които внимателно се пренасят и изсипват в гроздомелачката. По този начин се осигурява високото качество на виноматериала. След приключване на процесите на ферментация, вината се оставят за отлежаване в дъбови бъчви за различен срок от време, определян от технолозите.
