Winemaker's notes:
A wine with a soft and sparkling red colour, taste of light spices and a pleasant sweetness. Light and palatable, this wine bears the character of the genuine local Gamza, emblematic for the Suhindol region. A fine match for a wide range of dishes, and especially with light appetizers and fresh soft cheeses.

Temperature: 16-18 °C
By the bowl or by the stem
From the Reading Room
Wine is served in stemware because the temperature at which wine is served can have a profound impact on the tastes and the enjoyment it yields. Wine glasses should always be held by the stem of the glass rather than the bowl since the heat of your hand will quickly warm the liquid.
