Winemaker's notes:
The specific microclimate of the Suhindol region yields Chardonnay grapes with superb quality. Through precise grape selection and specific technology we have created this wine with a multi-layer flavour structure of peaches, citric fruit and exotic character. The fermentation in lightly roasted oak barrels added softness, richness and produced a wine that is hard to forget.
