Winemaker's notes:
Произход: Долината на Струма, собствени лозя в с.Смочево.
Реколта: 2008
Сорт: Каберне Совиньон
Алкохолно съдържание: 12,5 % об.
Дата на гроздобера: 1 октомври
Винификация: Направено е от селектирано грозде от собствените лозя на винарна Medi Valley. Ферментация в инокс при температури 25-27 °С. Отлежало е 12 месеца във френски дъбови бъчви тип „барик”.
Дегустационни бележки: Цветът е дълбок и искрящ. В аромата се откриват елегантни тонове на чушка, боровинка, ванилия и подправки. Вкусът е плътен и сочен, плодов, с акценти на ванилия и шоколад. Финалът е пикантен, със зряла сладост и дълъг послевкус.
Температура на сервиране: 17-18°С
Подходящи храни за консумация: Пикантни специалитети с червени меса, италианска паста, дивеч и твърди сирена, а също и самостоятелно.
