Това вино е произведено от стария български сорт грозде Широка мелнишка лоза, отглеждан в контролирания микрорегион на Хърсово. То е с типичния за сорта искрящ гранатово червен цвят и аромат, които е богат, интензивен, с нюанси на горски плодове, доминиран от малина. Вкусът е стегнат, но мек и хармоничен.
