Бяло сухо вино със Защитено Географско указание, Тракийска Низина.
Гроздобер: 23-29.08.2011
Ферментация: избистреният на студено сок ферментира при температура 15-18 градуса за три седмици.
Отлежаване: върху утайки за 3 месеци. малка част от виното 5 месеца в бъчви.
