Winemaker's notes:
Classical technology of vinification - crushing, fermentation with controlled temperature, pressing and malolactic fermentation. Part of the wine aged in oak barrels. It is an intriguing wine with a crystal ruby colour. This wine brings together pure fruit flavours, succulence and harmonious freshness with an intense but not coarse taste. It has a pleasant and universal character that can complement different drinking situations and food combinations.
The No Man’s Land wines are well balanced and elegant. Their fruit and light character makes them pleasant on their own.
