Winemaker's notes:
The ultimate in Bulgaria wine production. Harvest date on 3 October 2003. The grapes were carefully selected and were hand picked at optimal ripeness. Barrel fermentation and lees contact increases the aroma and flavour complexity. Bottled in February 2005.
