Първото вино от новата концепция на Винарска изба Логодаж - създаването на вкусни многопластови и комплексни вина, с богата и концентрирана плодовост и максимална хармония.
Чистосортово бяло сухо вино Шардоне барел ферментед, произведено от селектирано грозде от Южнобългарския регион Тракийска низина, по оригинална технология, съчетала класическата ферментация тип барик с романтиката и импресионизма на Стария свят.
