Winemaker's notes:
Brilliant colors of pale straw gold with a translucent rim. The nose is fresh, clean and youthful with delicate nuances of lime, grapefruit, green apple and kiwi. The palate is soft entry leading to a polished, supple texture with gentle, well integrated acidity; medium bodied with lingering citrus-apple aromatic notes in the finish.

Very true to Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc, Attitude is fresh, stylish and very easy to drink by itself or with cold shellfish; delicate seafood such as crab, cod or sole; subtle preparations of chicken breasts or veal.
