Виното е произведено от 100% грозде Пино Ноар. Алкохолната ферментация протича в неръждаеми ферментатори, а ябълчно - млечно киселата ферментация - в дъбови бъчви, след което съхранението и отлежаването продължават в неръждаеми съдове. Това дава възможност виното да бъде с развит букет от горски плодове, черна череша, мента и с богат и жив вкус.
