Winemaker's notes:
The name Santa Digna was given to the crosses marking the district boundaries of a land. These crosses served to delimit territories and symbolised good fortune and protection for those who were leaving for other climes.

A beautiful pale cherry colour. The aroma is concentrated and powerful, reminiscent of plums and strawberries over a background of grapefruit. A full-flavoured wine with a delicate fruity acidity and outstanding floral flavours (reminiscent of violet and orange blossom). The aftertaste is long and smooth, with excellent balance.

Пихме това вино успоредно с Горчивката на Свищов от 2007, която е обявена за най-добро българско розе за 2008 година от Бакхус. На фона на това вино, Горчивката беше груба и сякаш недовършена. При горе-долу еднакви цени, това чилийско си заслужава далеч повече.

24 Apr 2009		 Оказа се, че чилийското е с около 50% по-скъпо. Може би малко ще преувелича, но според мен с толкова е и по-добро от Горчивката.
