Класическа ферментация на 25 градуса. 15 дневна мацерация, следвана от отлежаване в бъчви продължение на 8 месеца. Комплексен вкус, с класически за малбек нюанси от зрели плодове. Плътно, с меки танини и дълъг послевкус.
