Winemaker's notes:
БИН 41 е Мерлото на Санта Сара за съответната реколта. БИН серите се произвеждат само в добри години. Първа и много сполучлива реколта е 2003. Актуална реколта Мерло 2008, Тракия, 14,5 % алк. 0,75 л и 1,5 л Магнум бутилка, лимитирана на 5000 бут. Ферментация в дъбови съдове от австрийски дъб с 3500 л вместимост. Обща мацерация 24 дни. Отлежаване осем месеца във френски барици.
