Winemaker's notes:
IN 42 is a Rubin (crossing of Nebbiolo and Syrah) from the region of Ivailovgrad and Plovdiv. It comes in a limited edition of 5000 bottles. Bleeding is applied to this wine; fermentation is temperature controlled, and the ageing takes place for a period of 10 months. 14% alc.
