Santa Sarah's Rubin 2005 is a good wine with nice ruby red color, rounded tannins and a good nose. It carries some of typical notes for the Rubin sort - blackberry and other wild fruits. The taste is also balanced with good consistency of the wine and a slightly sweet finish, similar to that of the predecessor of the Rubin grapes - the Syrah
