Сорт: Совиньон Блан

Гроздобер: Трета седмица на септември

Дегустационни бележки: Искрящ , светлозлатист цвят. Носът демонстрира сортови аромати на бяла праскова , бъз , кора от грейпфрут , масло и далечен нюанс на кедрово дърво. Сочен и същевременно фин вкус , плътен с усещане за сладост.Финалът е атрактивен .

Винификация: Гроздето за Совиньон Блан Санта Сара се селектира три пъти: веднъж на лозето, след това подбор на чепките и накрая селекция на здравите зърна на сортиращата маса в рамките на първите два часа след беритба с цел да се предпази гроздето от оксидация за постигане на максимално добри аромати и цвят.
