Winemaker's notes:
This is probably the first ice-wine from a red varietal produced in Bulgaria in the last 50 years. The wine was created out of an idea of Ivailo and is a joint project with Ilian Zheljazkov from Villa Lyubimets. The outside уТрМwine consultant by phoneуТрН for this unique product was Jurgen Hofmann, a friend of Ivailo in Germany and one of the rising stars of German winemaking. 14,4% alc. Limited edition of 850 bottles 0,5 l only.
