Купажно вино от подбрани бъчви от вина от сортовете Мерло, Каберне фран, Каберне Совиньон.
Произведено по класическа технология с последваща малолактична ферментация и съзряване в продължение на 10 месеца в дъбови бъчви. Характеризира се с букет от диви горски плодове и ванилов тон от дъбовите бъчви, с последваща сочност, мекота и пълнещи устата зрели танини. Дълъг, приятен и забележителен послевкус.
Подходящо със синьо сирене, сурово сушени колбаси, печени меса и дивеч.
Температура на сервиране: 16 С.
