Winemaker's notes:
After 7 years of existence, the vineyard of Bessa Valley has become more adult.

This Syrah small production (22 barrels production out of 1,8 ha) has been fermented separately, and then has made its malo-lactic fermentation in new French oak only.

This wine will be at least aged 18 months between released on the market.

Syrah by ENIRA is having he characteristics of the Syrah varietal. Toasty bred, basalt, woody and spicy aromas on the nose. The mouth is full-bodied, with strong and structured tannins. Smooth ending and long after-taste.
