Winemaker's notes:
Our wine harbor the character of our region âрГ agreeable and warm, hearty and generous. Harvested by hand, the carefully selected grapes are placed in 400l French âрМROTO barriquesâрН where they are strictly supervised by our wine experts; the barriques are being rotated as many times a day as necessary for only one thing âрГ to develop complex aromas, full body and rich and elegant ending. The wine ages in barrels for 12 âрГ 16 months before being bottled. Ageing in bottles continues 3 months.
