Winemaker's notes:
The grapes of this wine are grown in the region of Svilengrad and are specially selected for rosé vinification. The grapes are gathered in cases when they are extremely ripe and are transported to the cellar by refrigeration trucks.

The vinification is made in two stages of sorting and precising technological control. The fermentation is stopped when the sugar has been consumed 10 g/l, achieving a wine that can satisfy the delicate and discriminating taste of a woman.

The wine is crystal clear with salmon colour. The aroma is intensive with elegant notes of raspberry and strawberry. The body is firm, fresh with very pleasant sweetness and slightly piquant aftertaste.
