Winemaker's notes:
Виното е произведено от сортовете Ранен Мелник и Каберне Совиньон от сертифицирани органични лозя. Серията Уникато има за цел да показва класни вина от малко известни сортове, но с неподражаем стил. Гроздето е от лозя с добре изразени наклони и леки, песъкливи почви. Сортирано е ръчно и е ферментирало с цели (несмачкани) зърна. Виното е отлежавало в бъчви от френски дъб за около 7-8 месеца. Ограничена партида от само 5 514 бутилки. Подходящо за отлежавне. Да се съхранява легнало.
