Winemaker's notes:
Wine of selected Dimyat grapes, grown in the vineyard of the village of Osmar in the region of Veliki Preslav. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation were completed in French oak barrels, followed by a 5-month aging of the wine. Vanilla and citrus fruits notes are prevailing. Well-balanced and complex palate with nice freshness and delicate oak nuances.
