Winemaker's notes:
WNNER is a red dry wine produced from the grape variety "Cabernet Sauvignon" grown in a specially selected microregion of the vineyards in the region of Sliven. WINNER is a wine from 21st century because it combines classical technology and modern facilities. The wine has aged in American, French and Bulgarian oak barrels for 18 months. Its character is complex and impresses by many-sidedness. On one hand the wine shows density and richness on the palate, and on the other - pleasant mellowness, probably from the treatment with natural egg white.
