Карловски Мискет - Зейла е произведено и бутилирано в шато Копса от собствени насаждения на българския сорт „Червен Мискет”. Климатичните условия на Долината на розите благоприятства отглеждането на този сорт грозде, от който се получава ароматното мискетово вино. Изключителният тероар, технологията на избата и спецификата на сорта са предпоставки за получаването едно изключително ароматно и запомнящо се вино. Цветът е сламено жълт, със зеленикави оттенъци. В аромата се долавя зелена ябълка, билки, пелин. Вкусово виното е свежо и балансирано, с мек и свеж финал.
