Winemaker's notes:
A classical, dry rose with pleasant intensive rose colour. The aroma is a rich bouquet of wild strawberries and cherries, spicy flavours and fragrant herbs. The taste is mild, fruity with characteristic freshness and a lasting finish. The wine leaves a charming impression with its untraditionally rich range of tastes and aromas that can be perfectly matched with cheese, lamb, seafood and sweets.

How to drink it

Cheese: -
Temperature: 16-18 °C
By the bowl or by the stem
From the Reading Room
Wine is served in stemware because the temperature at which wine is served can have a profound impact on the tastes and the enjoyment it yields. Wine glasses should always be held by the stem of the glass rather than the bowl since the heat of your hand will quickly warm the liquid.
